Write to contact@slaze.cc: it’s the one address for every request (help, account, purchases, reports, personal data, appeals). We reply by email, in French or English.

For a faster reply, include:

• your SLAZE username;
• write from your account’s email address when your request is about your account or a purchase;
• what you were trying to do, what happened, and a screenshot if you can.

On Discord

Join the SLAZE Discord server to ask the team and the community for help, and to keep up with what’s new.
